PURCHASE
To be able to purchase products through this Website, you must add them to your shopping bag, then indicate that you wish to purchase that product by going to the payment section of the Website and entering the required information. Before confirming the purchase, it will be possible to review the order, check the total amount of the order and the information provided and correct any entry errors. Finally, it will be necessary to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale, that you have read the rules of our Privacy Policy and that you consent the processing of personal data.
Once the order has been placed, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided confirming receipt of the order and specifying the details of the products ordered and the delivery methods. This e-mail does not constitute an acceptance of the order, but only a confirmation of its receipt by us. You are invited to download, save or print a copy of the order confirmation and these Terms of Sale as a reference.
The information on this website does not constitute a binding offer for the sale of products described on the website. The contract between us will be concluded when we send an e-mail to confirm that the product (s) was sent / have been shipped.
The credit or debit card will be charged when the order is ready for shipment.
When we send via e-mail the confirmation of the sending of the product, we enclose a relative electronic invoice of the order. Please note that we do not issue paper invoices.
To improve shopping experience, you can create a personal account, in which you can save some crucial information, such as shipping address, payment method, mail and telephone number.

RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ORDER
We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to decline the order, or any part of it, in our sole discretion, even after your receipt of the order confirmation or after your chosen payment method has been charged. If we cancel the order after the chosen payment method has been charged, we will refund the payment.
We also reserve the right to reject orders from any customer with whom we have an ongoing legal dispute regarding a previous order. We may cancel any order if we suspect any fraudulent activity and may refuse to process orders from customers with previous fraudulent order history.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
In the event that an ordered product is not available, we will inform you within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Where possible, we will offer to you the possibility to order a different product of the same type or, alternatively, to cancel the order. Should you opt to cancel the order, no charge will be made to your credit card and, in the event that your credit card has already been charged, a full refund will be made.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will inform you about the shipping costs and of any other cost if required before the order confirmation request. Once the order has been placed, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided confirming receipt of the order and specifying the details of the products ordered, the delivery methods and the costs. Delivery times are subject to product availability and approval of payment. The time required may also vary depending on the place of shipment. RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER AND TO RETURNS
You can choose to cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods. If you choose this option, we will refund the full price of all returned items. To cancel the purchase, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending us an e-mail providing details on the items ordered and the delivery date. To exercise the withdrawal, you can use the following form:

It is not possible to cancel or return customized items.

LEGAL GUARANTEE
In case of lack of conformity of the products purchased, we will repair or replace the product free of charge or, alternatively, you have the right to receive an appropriate price reduction.
A lack of conformity occurs if the product : (i) is not suitable for the intended use; (ii) does not conform to the description or does not have the qualities promised by the seller; (iii) does not have the qualities and characteristics that a similar product of the same type would normally have; (iv) is not suitable for the particular use of the consumer if the seller has been previously informed by the consumer at the time of purchase.
In case of lack of conformity, you can request the repair or replacement of the product, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other option. In particular, a remedy can be considered excessively expensive if it imposes unreasonable expenses, taking into consideration: (i) the value that the product would have if it did not have the lack of conformity; (ii) the extent of the lack of conformity; (iii) the possibility that the alternative remedy can be performed without considerable drawbacks for the buyer.
Repairs and replacements must be completed within a reasonable period of time from the request and without causing significant inconvenience to the user, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose for which the goods were purchased.
Alternatively, you can request the reduction of the price or the contract, should one of the following situations occur: (i) the repair or replacement is impossible or excessively expensive; (ii) the product has not been repaired or replaced within a reasonable time; (iii) the replacement or repair previously carried out caused significant inconvenience to the user. A minor defect of conformity, for which it was not possible, or excessively expensive, to carry out the repair or replacement remedies, does not give the right to cancel the contract.
The right to the legal guarantee must be exercised exclusively within a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the product; the request for repair or replacement of the defective product must be sent within two (2) months from the discovery of this defect. We recommend keeping the purchase and delivery receipts of the products, which must be attached to the request for repair or replacement. If the delivery receipt for the product or any other documentation capable of proving the delivery of the product is not attached, the two (2) previous years will be calculated starting from the date of purchase of the product To exercise your rights, according to the preceding paragraphs, you must contact the selling company at the addresses indicated above.
You will not be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract cancellation for products or parts of products considered defective if:
• the product has been repaired or altered by anyone other than us or by any other authorized person; and / or
• the lack of conformity of the products occurred more than two (2) years after delivery of the product and / or the request for repair or replacement, carried out in accordance with the preceding paragraphs, was sent after two (2) months after the discovery of the defect;
• defects were caused (in whole or in part) by improper use, improper storage or maintenance performed by anyone other than us or by any other authorized person, or failure to follow instructions or other instructions issued or made available by us in relation to the product delivered;
• for customized items the product has the features requested in the order.
In any case we can refuse returns when the products have been used.

All prices shown on this Web Site are in Euros and excluded VAT at the applicable rate.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Full payment is required before sending the purchased goods to the user. We accept the following methods of payment:

In the event that the sum due from you cannot be charged for any reason, your order will be canceled.

DAMAGES
Each order we send is carefully inspected.
In the event that you receive a damaged package, we ask you to contact the following email address:
Before accepting the delivery, please inspect the box and its contents; if the content is potentially damaged, this could have happened during the shipment. If the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to refuse delivery or accept with reservation.
– If the damage is minor, please accept the package, but note the damage on the delivery receipt, sign it and date it.
– If the box appears seriously damaged, you can refuse your order. In this circumstance, please contact us immediately. Please inform us of the order number, item number and shipping number (all this information is included in the e-mail confirmation shipment), your e-mail address and telephone number. We will do our best to refund the purchase amount as soon as we receive the returned item.
