TRANSFORMERS:
A transformer is a device that is used to increase or decrease voltages and currents in an electrical circuit. An electrical transformer is used to pass voltage from one electrical circuit to another. It consists of two coils, primary and secondary, which are connected to a magnetic field. These coils function as a conductor and the number of windings on these coils determines the capacity of the transformer.
Alta transformers can be supplied with the following options:
– Case A) – Encapsulated with uniformly distributed resin thickness
– Case B) – Production in shells or insulated containers
– Case C) – Metal container
– Case D) – Metal container with oil or inert gas tight seal
– Case E) – In air / impregnated with resins and/or insulating varnish
